Pregnancy massage Pregnancy massage is done with the "Body Cushion" system allowing the Mother and baby to rest comfortably and safely. When the cushion cannot be used (later in the pregnancy, to be determined at the time of massage) the massage is done in a very relaxing and natural side lying position.
